The Customer Finance Department at Peirce-Phelps does more than just collect money. We like to refer to ourselves as the one-stop-shop of finance. While many credit departments are looked at as the anti-sales division, here at Peirce-Phelps we place a strong emphasis on customer service and sales assistance. We strive to support sales marketing with good customer relations internally and externally.
For new customers who do not have an account and are looking to make a quick purchase COD, we can set them up On the Fly at any of our parts stores, which enables them to make the COD purchase quickly and be on their way.
For new customers looking to establish terms and submit an application, we aim to have the process completed within three days. And with our established accounts, we’re constantly reviewing their purchases and working with them to maximize their line of credit.
