The Peirce-Phelps’s Technical Training Group consists of six service technicians with a combined work experience totaling nearly 175 years! This highly qualified group offers technical support to dealers and facilitates the highest rated training program in the company’s Tri-State trading area.
Peirce-Phelps training classes run the gamut between basic courses to advanced technology training. Specialized training such as the “Fundamentals of Air Flow” and “Reading and Understanding Wiring Diagrams” are only two examples of classes that are “on target” meeting customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations.
Also Peirce-Phelps demonstrates its commitment to their motto “Succeeding by Helping Our Customers Succeed” with their investment in training facilities. The headquarters building at 59th Street in Philadelphia offers a 52 seat training room, as well as, a hands-on lab complete with 10 live heat pumps, 15 furnaces and various air handlers. This lab also contains two live generators serving the training needs of our generator dealers, as well.
An additional training facility, serving central Pennsylvania, located in Camp Hill, PA. Here again, multiple live units complete with ductwork systems provide the hands-on lessons so vital to successful, outcome based, training.
Additional classroom facilities are at our stores in Pittsburgh, Allentown and Northeast Philadelphia. Along with the five locations mentioned above, Peirce-Phelps contracts meeting rooms in various hotels throughout the region allowing us to bring the classes closer to the dealers affording them less travel and less time away from the job.
As technology changes to new energy sources, Peirce-Phelps will be there bringing our dealers the latest in that technology and its’ vital related training.
