ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER |
This position manages and coordinates all aspects of the Accounts Payable department involving invoice processing, reconciliation and system balancing, vendor issues and concerns not resolved by the A/P team. Candidate will maintain the needed liaison with procurement, sales departments and IT to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and the recording of liabilities.
We are looking for an aggressive results oriented person who is interested in growing beyond the traditional accounting functions. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Maintain current and accurate vendor information including addresses, W-9, 1099 information.
Manage processing of expense reports and other A/P reports to company managers.
Maintain petty cash account with proper expense coding.
Performs month-end close activities including month-end general ledger account reconciliations, month-end AP aging analysis and AP disbursement projections.
Manage processing of American Express, fleet and personnel auto’s and other travel related transactions.
Requirements
BS in Business, Accounting or related field desired with 5 years AP experience and strong supervisory skills. Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively on projects with timelines without compromising the quality of work. Must be proficient with computerized AP software, Microsoft Excel and ACCESS.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR - PHILADELPHIA |
Forklift operator is an individual who operates the equipped industrial forklift to move materials n the warehouse region and to load and unload truck trailers or shipping containers. Operators maintain the equipment, machines, and electrical components. They are accountable for general maintenance, repairing and welding mechanical or electrical equipment, and machines, and other associated working equipment. Forklift operators work in docks, warehouses, airports or industry settings.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Moving controls, devices, and levers to drive forklifts of industry to transfer materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas. •Organizing and securing stored materials such as bales, super sacks, boxes, pallets, and so on. •Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on to pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devises. •Performing routine pot and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment. •Reporting to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards. •Weighing products or materials, and recording weight and further production information on labels and tags. •Consulting, working, and coordinating with supervisors, managers, equipment manufactures, and employees regarding unloading and loading operations. •Wrapping material loads with a wrapper and making clean the warehouse premises. •Completing forklift operator training provided by the industry annually. •Performing other duties as allotted by a manager or supervisor. Skills and Specifications •Excellent teamwork skills. •Ability to read labels and numbers. •Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment. •Ability to add, subtract, and multiply. •Good physical health. •Able to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor. •Ability to stand for a long time.
Education and Qualifications
•High school degree from an accredited institution. •Certification in operating forklifts is an advantage.

COUNTER SALES - WILKES BARRE |
Cross-reference service parts and compressors, sale of supplies and equipment, telemarketing and other assignments.
Provides customers, sales staff, and store managers with correct information regarding products and delivery schedules.
Must be able to work 40+ hours, especially during the active season. Accurately completes all required paperwork including daily collections and deposits. Verify receiving shipments by checking order against packing list. Assist in keeping parts area clean and shelf sections stocked and orderly. Follow-up on shortages and expedite through reporting to parts manager. May be required to operate a forklift in order to move parts in and out of warehouse and parts department. Must be able to do heavy lifting of equipment parts and tools as required from time to time. Able to follow directions from a supervisor. Able to interact effectively with co-workers. Able to understand and comply with posted compliance rules and procedures. Must have the ability to work as close as possible with manager to establish harmony. HVAC and/or wholesale experience desirable.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Excellent Customer Service and Communications skills. 2.Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. 3.Ability to work overtime when necessary. 4.Ability to perform heavy work - occasionally lifting 25 to approximately 50 lbs. 5.Ability to perform prolonged standing, frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion. 6.Ability to perform work involving occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, pushing, pulling and finger activities. 7. Ability to operate forklift, hand dolly, hand jack and general office equipment. 8.Must have computer skills. BRANCH DELIVERY DRIVER - ALLENTOWN |
Delivery drivers transport goods and materials from one destination to another. Work assignment varies according to the company’s business needs and transactions. Position may be required to work during night shifts, early morning, weekends and holidays. Overtime may also be required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conform to all DOT regulatory compliance issues to include but not limited to: Hours of Service Reports, Driver Log & Manifesting Reports, Vehicle Pre / Post Inspection Reports, Random Drug & Alcohol testing and DOT Medical Examination. Must adhere to all Local, State and Federal highway traffic laws. Employee should be an expert in handling his vehicle and perform minor maintenance if needed to complete his route. Must adhere to daily dispatched routing schedule by the manager. Driver must be proficient to operate a vehicle in adverse traffic and weather patterns. Driver in most cases will be required to load and unload his vehicle at all times. Driver must take all precautions to protect his load at all times and to minimize all load damages. Must be able to take and pass proscribed safety training courses mandated by the company. Ability to work occasionally in company warehouse.
Skills and Specifications
Must have the ability to read and write in English. Ability to lift up to 75lbs.without assistance. Must operate a forklift and pallet jack and maintain OSHA forklift certification. Employee must be friendly and courteous towards his customers. Must have good team spirit and work in perfect coordination with his colleagues. Ability to read & interpret Road maps.
Education and QualificationS
2-3 years previous driving experience High school graduate or equivalent Valid driving license (various driver assignments may require a CDL in case of heavy transport vehicles) Must meet Department of Transportation age requirement and precertification requirements. Good interpretational skills. Thorough work ethic.

ASSISTANT HR GENERALIST |
Administers employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide. Acts as liaison between employees and insurance vendors to resolve benefit related matters. Provides administrative support to the HR department as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, recordkeeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry) Minimum of two years experience administering employee benefit plans. Experience administering 401K retirement programs a plus. Must have strong computer skills with the ability to learn a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Must be proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, EXCEL and PowerPoint. Solid analytical and problem solving skills a MUST. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Knowledge and understanding of insurance regulation plan designs and third party recordkeeping/administration helpful.
