Any day that the temperature hits 90°, all of our stores will remain open until 6:00pm. Stores will re-open the following day at 6:00am. (Saturday openings will be in effect, but closing at regular time. Sundays are excluded from opening)
Should the temperature hit 90° on an early opening day, the procedure remains in effect and stores will remain open until 6:00pm. All Carrier & Bryant TM’s will arrive at your stores to assist during this time.
This rule is based on the temperature at our Corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, not by the individual store.

As of mid January, Peirce-Phelps, will be stocking the new dry R-22 condensing units (cooling-only and heat pumps), in all locations. If you’re looking for more information on these units, refer to bulletin PA-103-10-15.
Payne will begin production of a complete lineup of dry R-22 condensing units (cooling-only and heat pumps), as announced in bulletin PA-103-10-15. As prescribed by the EPA final rule, these units may only be used as a repair component for existing applications. They will be ‘dry charged’ with nitrogen and require a field charge of R-22 refrigerant.
