Peirce-Phelps locations will remain OPEN and continue shipping orders as normal unless otherwise posted on our "COVID 19 Branch Hours of Operation" page.
Please refer to our “Curb / Dock Side Pick Up” instructions for Will Call orders.

CURB / DOCK SIDE PICK UP POLICY

  • We will bring all will call orders to the door or dock of the branch specified for pick up on the order.

  • Customer should call or text the branch when they arrive. You will be given instructions on how to receive your items with no contact.

  • Large Items / Equipment (Dock Side): customers should back up to the dock and have their vehicle ready for loading. Peirce-Phelps personnel will load while customer remains in the vehicle. Please ensure there is room in the truck for the items.

  • Small Items (Curb Side): will be left on the dock for customer pick up. If specified, remain in your vehicle, unlock your trunk and we will place the items in the trunk.

  • No customers or delivery services are permitted inside our branch stores.

  • Signatures are not required at this time. We will take photos of you and/or your vehicle when possible as proof of delivery. Please call your branch manager if this is not acceptable for you.

  • Payment options:

    1. Charge to your Peirce-Phelps account or pay via credit card.

    2. Cash and checks are strongly discouraged at this time.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • The driver will call you upon their arrival. You can choose to have your delivery placed in your driveway or parking lot, placed inside your building, or your employees may unload it from the lift gate if you choose. The goal is to avoid your employees having any close contact with our drivers.

 This is an extremely difficult time to be a leader running an organization. Forces that are outside our immediate control have dramatically affected all of our businesses. We are doing everything in our power to keep our customers and employees safe by implementing NO-TOUCH order procedures, cleaning our facilities regularly and having our people work remotely.

Branch Operation Status

 March 25, 2020

 All Peirce-Phelps locations will remain OPEN.
 At this time, we will continue shipping orders as normal. We will bring all will call orders to the door or dock of the branch specified for pick up on the order. COVID-19 Update

 To the Customers, Vendors and Friends of Peirce-Phelps, LLC:
  We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and look for ways to minimize and mitigate its impact to our employees, customers and the  entire Peirce-Phelps community. The situation has become especially serious in Pennsylvania, as many of the State's services have been restricted or closed in  Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks Counties. Our goal is to protect our employees and their families while maintaining service to our customers during this difficult  time.  We understand that you rely on us for providing the products you use every day and that HVAC is an essential service to the health  and wellbeing of our  communities. We are doing everything in our power to provide those services to you during this crisis as we closely monitor the recommendations from our  government leaders, the CDC and other healthcare agencies.
